Access Bank Plc collaborates with Unified Payments relying clients’ mobile numbers and handheld devices to create new payment solution tagged ‘’PayAttitude Digital’’.
PayAttitude digital is a smart and simple mobile app that allows Access Bank account owners to use their mobile numbers on Automated Teller Machines (ATMs), Internet and Point of Sale (POS) terminals for transactions. It also helps merchants / customers of the bank to receive funds through different e-payment channels via their mobile phone numbers.
Only the recipient has to be the account holder of Access Bank as it is a revolutionary service aimed at promoting financial inclusion and reaping the benefits of over 140 million mobile users in the nation.
At the launch in Lagos, Group Managing Director / CEO, Access Bank, Herbert Wigwe said: “This is a cutting edge payment solution which will guarantee that access bank customers enjoy distinctive and convenient banking services as customers can send and receive cash, start third-party payments, pay physical and online merchants, and so much more.”
With the release of the app, Access bank customers can enjoy additional benefits including payment / transfer requests, ATM withdrawals, POS transactions and membership dues collection, tithes and promotions.
Also,can send employees, friends and family to withdraw cash from the ATM or buy items in physical or online stores, accept or reject purchases wherever they are, while also having access to cost-effective and stress-free agency transactions, based on this, individuals and businesses can now register as agents and start paying cash and making deposits using their personal devices on the go.
Country director, PayAttitude, Titilayo Olubiyi, noted that PayAttitude Digital does not need a visit to the bank branch as it is all self-service from the phone of the customers.
